Effective today, the ‘Custom Music On Hold’ feature has been upgraded. Currently, the feature allows you to upload audio files to be played for customers put on hold in a predetermined order. With this enhancement, the system will play the audio files randomly once you click the Sort > Random option in the drop-down menu within the Custom Music On Hold feature settings.
