We would like to notify you that we just released a new feature, Custom Music on Hold (CMOH). You can now customize the Music on Hold that your customers will hear when they call you, so you can choose one or more of your own recordings to be played as MOH in addition to our custom choices, you will also get more flexibility as you will be able to specify more than one recording and order them in the way that best fits your needs. For example, you will be able to put an announcement between two soothing songs while your customers wait in the calling queue. To start leveraging this feature, head over to your customer portal, then “DID Numbers”, “Custom Music on Hold”, and click the “Add a Custom Music on Hold” button.
