New Feature - Voicemail Transcription

We would like to notify you that we just released a new feature, Voicemail Transcription. This new feature will allow you to either automatically get a transcription of your voicemail message sent to your e-mail address, or manually request it through our portal as you see fit. This feature can be enabled for as low as $0.05 per minute. To start using this feature, head over to your customer portal, then go to “DID Numbers”, “Voicemail”, edit the voicemail account of your choice, and under the “Advanced Mode” you will find a “Voicemail Transcription” dropdown menu where you can select the language that callers are most likely to use when they leave voicemail messages. To leverage the automatic voicemail transcription, make sure that you have the voicemail to e-mail feature enabled. For manual voicemail transcription, simply select the blue list icon in the “Voicemail” menu to view your mailbox list, select the appropriate dates and hit the Start Transcription button.
