Three (3) Notifications and Security oriented features have been added: 1. Default 911 Number: When you dial 911 from any of your account or sub accounts, and your CallerID doesn’t match a 911 Enabled DID, this number will be used as your CallerID allowing your calls to reach 911 properly instead of a busy tone. Additionally, every time you Add or Modify e911 information for a number, the system will ask if you want to use that number as your default e911 CallerID. This can be disabled for convenience if you manage multiple accounts / numbers. It’s HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you configure a default 911 number. This can be configured via the “General” tab of the account settings. 2. You can now receive via email new additions posted to “News and Announcements”, “Issues and Maintenance” and “Developer Log”. This can be configured via the “newsletter” tab of the Account Settings page. 3. We have added the possibility to receive email notifications for the following events in your account (SMS Notifications for these will also be available shortly). Each event can be turned on or off individually. The events are: 911 is Dialed, My Customer Portal Password is Changed, Main Account Password is Changed, My Account is Accessed from Outside of my Country, My Settings are Changed, My API Password is Changed, My API is Activated or Disabled, My API IP Addresses are Edited, a DID Number is Ordered, a DID is Edited, a DID is cancelled, Voicemail is Created or Edited, Voicemail is Deleted, IVR is Created or Edited, IVR is Deleted, Calling Queue is Created or Edited, Calling Queue is Deleted, Recording is Created or Edited, Recording is Deleted, SIP URI is Created or Edited, SIP URI is Deleted, Call Forwarding is Created or Edited, Call Forwarding is Deleted, Ring Group is Created or Edited, Ring group is Deleted, Callback is Created or Edited, Callback is Deleted, DISA is Created or Edited, DISA is Deleted, Time Condition is Created or Edited, Time Condition is Deleted, CallerID Filtering is Created or Edited, CallerID Filtering is Deleted, Phonebook is Created or Edited, Phonebook is Deleted, e911 Number is Enabled or Modified, e911 Number is Canceled, Sub Account is Created or Edited, Sub Account is Deleted, Sub Account Password is Change, Deposit is Made.
