The security of your account is very important to us, and we have launched a new feature to improve it: the foreign IP Guard that offers an additional layer of security to all customers, by blocking the access to your customer portal when an IP address that doesn’t belong to your country tries to access your account. The VoIP.ms system will send you an email to your address on file every time there is an attempt to log in from a foreign IP, and on that email you can click on a link to grant access to that specific IP if you desire. This feature is activated by default on all accounts, you can see more information about this feature (or disable it if you wish) within your customer portal, please follow the option “Main Menu” >> “Account Settings” >> “Security” tab.
