Important Information for users of the London server (london.voip.ms) (This information is only of concern to the customers that register their device/PBX system to the London server, if you do not use this server please disregard this information) There will be a change of IP Address on the London server on July 26th 2012 after 6:00 PM EDT (22:00 GMT). The change is done because the provider advised that they have to do an emergency IP switch to ensure the quality of service and also a greater expandability to our customers using this server What are the changes? The IP address for the host london.voip.ms will be replaced July 26th after 6:00 PM EDT (22:00 GMT) with the following IP address: NEW IP Address: 5.77.36.136 Old IP address: 78.129.153.20 What you may need to modify If you are using the hostname (london.voip.ms), there are no interventions required on your part. However, if you have concerns regarding the transition and you want to make sure that there are no issues when the DNS is updated with the new IP address, please reboot your router/device after the IP switch is done. If you are using a Softphone, like Zoiper or X-Lite, a restart of the software may be required. If you are currently using the IP address of this server directly instead of the hostname to connect to this server (i.e.: 78.129.153.20 instead of london.voip.ms), please update with the new IP as the IP switch is completed.
