We have a new server in UK. If you are closer to London, UK than Dallas, USA, you can use the new UK proxy for both origination and termination. To change the routing of your DID, use the “Manage DID” section. From there you can change the POP your DID will be routed to. Don’t forget to update your inbound and outbound trunks with the new UK proxy server. You can find the hostname on the main page of “configuration samples”.
