A scheduled maintenance will be performed on our New York VoIP equipment, on Thursday February 14th 2013 after 1:00 AM EST (06:00 GMT). Impact: The network connection will be lost for a few seconds in order for changes to take effect. The ongoing calls at the precise moment of the upgrade will be disconnected. There will be no change of IP Address and we expect the update to be transparent to your equipment. This upgrade is done in order to improve the quality of the service, and also to improve the scaling and deploying new features. There are no changes required on your side, this is simply a notice. VoIP.ms believes in being proactive about notifying its customers about maintenance activities across its network, regardless of the impact to the customers or service.
