All the team at VoIP.ms is excited to announce the release of our latest feature, Sequences! The sequences feature is located under “DID Numbers” then under “Sequences”. Sequences is an IVR enhancement feature that allows you to create very specific scenarios where you can make use of any combination of the following options: DTMF, Recordings, and SMS. A single sequence can contain any amount of the options in any pre-defined order to be executed one step after another.
