At VoIP.ms, we flipped operations around and started offering 24/7 support for all of you with very fast-paced migration projects. All of this so that you all get the best communication experience and don’t lose contact with your friends, family and colleagues. In order to allow VoIP.ms employees some time with their loved ones during this holiday season, please note that our offices will be closed on December 25th 2020 and January 1st 2021. We will have support available until 1PM EST on December 24th and December 31st. As usual, our engineers will remain on duty 24/7 monitoring our network. Dedicated staff will also be answering emergency support tickets during normal business hours.
