We are thrilled to share the good news about three much-requested feature improvements, effective immediately: DNS to API Integration: offering you the flexibility to use custom domains, for example, www.yourcompany.com, to set up API integration requests with our platform. With the update, all API requests will always reach their intended destination, regardless of IP address changes, providing enhanced customer experience and platform reliability. It will also be much easier to streamline API requests. To enable the feature, visit the customer portal and select SOAP and REST/JSON API in the Main Menu. Alternatively, you can click here to access the API Setup page. IP Support Expansion: we now allow the specification of a range of IP addresses using CIDR notation, such as 192.168.0.1/24. IP Wildcards Support: we now support IPs such as 192.168.*.*, and 192.168.*.1, allowing you to combine multiple IP addresses with a single rule.
