3 New features have been added to help you manage incoming calls: Callback, Ring groups and Failover Destination. Callback let you set a DID to a callback entry. When you call the DID, you can hangup after a couple of seconds. The system will call back the number that you have specified for the callback. When you pickup, you can dial the number of your choice. Ring groups let you point DIDs to ring to multiple destinations at the same time. Failover allows your DID TO ring to an alternative destination if the primary destination can’t be reached. If you have any questions regarding these new features, contact us via our support.
