In preparation of our incoming PBX features that will be released in December (Call Queues and Digital Receptionist), we have released the Music on Hold feature. Most IP phones and Soft phone will send a message to the server when you press the hold button. If your account is configured to play music on hold, music will be played when you press the button instead of silence. This feature can be set independently on the main account and on a per sub-account basis. To activate this feature, go to the Main Menu Tab -> Account Settings.
