New Porting System - Migration Completed

Migration to our new porting system is now complete. Please note that ports that were submitted during this upgrade process may have been delayed by a week or two depending on destination carrier. Also, previous history for ports that were submitted before the new system was online may be missing. What are the advantages of the new system? A very detailed follow up system for your orders. Every time we’ve an update, a note or status changed is done by a member of our staff, you will receive the update via email. We’ve added many different status codes to properly reflect the current stage of your request. You can also include more than 1 number per request if they are on the same bill. We’ve eliminated the need to send documentation via fax. The only requested documentation is a scan of your latest invoice, signed, uploaded via our online form. You may still use our fax to send invoiced if you do not have the possibility to scan your information. This new system will allow us to port your number(s) in a timely manner while keeping you informed of all the stages of your port.
