We have added the option to skip the PIN when you dial *97. For this option to work, you will need to do the following: 1. If you are dialing from your main account, from the Main Menu tab, edit settings and make sure that there’s a voicemail associated to your main account. If you are dialing from a subaccount, make sure the subaccount has an “Internal voicemail” selected. 2. Edit your voicemail and select the “Yes” option at Skip Password. If you have followed the 2 steps correctly, you will receive new voicemail Notifications on your IP Phone, softphone or adapter and when you dial *97, you will get access directly to your voicemail without any prompts. Please note that you will still have to enter the PIN when you access your voicemail via an external source, for example: such as calling your DID number with a Cel phone.
