We also expanded the new DID and porting coverage for 1 new city in British Columbia (West Vancouver) and 1 in Alberta (Lake Louise). You can place order(s) directly from our live inventory in real time by logging into your VoIP.ms and clicking on “Order DIDs” from the “DID Numbers” tab. For number porting, the average time for these cities will be 5 to 10 business days (if there are no rejections from losing provider) and the same porting fee applies ($25 USD per DID). If you wish to start a new port request, please access the VoIP.ms customer portal and click on “DID Portability” from the “DID Numbers” tab.
