What are your support hours?
VoIP.ms offers technical support 24 hours, 7 days a week, in English, French, and Spanish. Sales and Number Porting support are available Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm EST, in English, French, and Spanish.
How long does number porting take?
The number porting process can take up to 5 business days for full completion.
Do you offer technical onboarding?
Our platform works on a “build first” mentality, meaning onboarding is self-serve. However, we offer extensive documentation, including “Get Started” tutorials in our Wiki, and our Support Team is ready to help in case you need and extra hand.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can add and remove phone lines and features any time, upgrading or downgrading your plan as needed.
