New Ring Group Features: – You can now play an optional announcement to the caller before the Ring Group starts dialing the included members. You may choose between using the Generic Announcement or one of your own recordings. The Generic Announcement (Please hold while we connect your call) is available in English, French and Spanish. – You can now choose between a Ring tone or Music on Hold to be heard while the caller waits to be connected. – Different ringing time can be set for each member of the Ring Group. – Each member of the Ring Group can be independently set for call confirmation. If a member is set for Call Confirmation, the following recording will be played to the callee before the call is answered: “Press 1 to accept this call”. This can be useful to prevent an unwanted turned off cell phone or voicemail system from stealing the call. Other members of the Ring Group continue to ring while the recording is being played and the call will be connected only if the callee presses 1. – In order to be more intuitive for new customers, we now use the term “Ring Time” instead of “Time Out”.
